Are Boudoir photos for you? YES! They are for every female! This is not trashy, this is not dirty, this is GLAMOROUS! This is made for every woman, whether it is for herself or a gift to their significant other. They are a way for you to look at yourself and say, "oh, yes, I am HAWT!"

In our day to day lives as a mother, wife, grandmother, boss or employee, we lose pieces of who we really are. Lets take a couple of hours, have fun, have our beauty shine through, hang out with some wonderful people and take some photos to remember what we look like when we are well relaxed and enjoying life!

I cannot express in words (Guess that is why I take the photographs, huh?) how much these photo sessions mean to me. I love having some one call me when they book and say, "Can you work with this? I am overweight, big butt or horrible skin." YES! You have just issued me a challenge! There is something beautiful in EVERYONE! And I will find it, photograph it and show you! I have not yet had anyone tell me they dislike their photos, in fact, I love to see the friends comment on their photos about how beautiful they are! Let's do it! Read on to learn about the process!

I receive many, many questions about how this works, what happens and just the entire process, so I am going to give you a walk through from start to finish! :)

First, once you visit my website, www.HawtShots.com, you can view my portfolio. I am constantly updating it with new photographs (Only the ones that I am allowed, your privacy is my main concern and I will never post a photograph that you do not give me the okay first). When booking your session, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. Please note that payment is required to reserve your spot. These spots fill up quickly and I cannot hold a spot without payment. In fact, the last session was overbooked and we had to juggle people to different days just so we could have a moment to eat lunch!

I do allow the option to pay half at booking and the other half at the session. If you choose to do this method, you MUST put in comment/note section that you will only be paying half of the session fee. Otherwise you will be charged the full session charge.

**Payments are not refundable, but can be transferred to another Boudoir Party date. Any transfers must be done 14 days before event. There is a $50 transfer or cancellation fee. Rescheduling must be done within 90 days and on an already scheduled Boudoir Party date.

Once your session is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with details. The sessions are two hours long. The first hour is getting glamorous with make-up and hair and the second hour is photography. Schedule your day accordingly.

You will receive a couple of automated reminder emails as we get closer to the event. The week of the event, you will receive an email with many details on what to bring. Keep in mind, this email just contains suggestions! You can wear whatever makes you feel sexy, confident and comfortable. These photos are for YOU! If you are not comfortable, you are not going to be confident. :)

When you arrive at the studio, you will be greeted by myself or the make-up artist. The people in the suite will be - Me (Photographer), my assistant, the Make-Up Artist and their assistant. And possibly the client being photographed before you. You are allowed and encouraged to bring a friend , if that will relax you!

The Make-Up Artist will start glamorizing you immediately. You will be offered a glass of wine or water and chocolate or fruit. This is the time for you to relax, sip your wine and be pampered for a little while. You will be consulted on how you want your hair and make-up, its all up to you! Will you be dramatic , fun or natural?

*On a side note, my Make-Up Artist is AWESOME at her job and does an excellent job on getting you picture perfect for me. Please, if you agree with me, show your appreciation and TIP her!

Once you have completed the Make-Up portion, you will then be photographed by me! :) Yay! this is the part I love! We will start out with the most comfortable outfit that you have brought and work our way up to the rest. We take our time and I give ALOT of direction on the poses. Trust in me, the poses may seem silly or feel awkward, but I have photographed a lot of women with different body types and I know what is the most flattering positions/poses for you! Realistically, if you are not sore the next day from my posing, well, I have not really done my job. (Or you are just in great shape and very flexible already!) Out of each hour session, I usually end up with 20-30 photographs, but to be on the safe side, I guarantee 15 for you to choose from.

I supply a list of prints, digital downloads, albums and so forth at the session for you to review. You are not required to order that day, but you will receive a discount for purchasing on the day of the shoot. I have tried to make it easy, by offering discounted print credits that can be used after you see your photos as well.

After the shoot is completed, I will have proofs ready for you to view 14 days after session.
